Peanut Butter Sandwich

There are days when you want to have something tastilicious but you are either running out of time or you are simple as lazy as I am all the time.. Sorry was that rude? I know there can be no one as uncouth as me to be this kind of lazy!!! So right you are.. Hence considering the first reason being very agreeable, that there are days when you don’t have time to prepare a wholesome meal, but even then you don’t want to compromise on the nutrients part.. I sometimes find this Peanut Butter Sandwich very handy in such cases.

Now you may ask, what’s so special about this sandwich than you usually make? Nothing!! I am just seconding your choice saying that ‘Me Too’.. and trying to inspire few others who may be like you and me, hadn’t thought of this choice yet.. So we are good now??

Reminiscing those Andaman Holidays

I don’t know how many posts have I dedicated to these flecks of greens and browns, positioned so firm over the constantly undulating Bay of Bengal for centuries now. No I don’t live in this island though I dream for it every day, night and evening; but every time I have visited this place, it has always been so fresh and so new than the last time. I can never have enough of this place; Andaman has always been the insufficient thirst for me which I never want to get over with.

My Simple All-time Spaghetti

I prefer my dinner options vegetarian, mostly. And there are nights (thankfully one or two per week) when I don’t feel like chewing the regular Roti and sabji, no matter how lucrative an option my mum wants to put across for a sabji or curry. Basically those are the nights I only and only want to have forkful of spaghetti pasta. Saying this, I have this easy peasy, a no-brainer recipe, which I have really mastered now and I’m never bored trying this.

Easy Healthy Ramen

Till a year back I wasn’t a fan of ramen noodles at all, they were just an option as instant noodles with spicy taste-makers, for me that too very rarely. I hardly used to consider ramen noodles as part of my any meal or evening snack. So obviously they were never part of my resource or any sort of influence for my healthy food interest.. Until I went for this Cambodia trip!! Every city of Cambodia or may be every food joint in Cambodia, be it a restaurant or a street food shack has different understanding and presentation of noodles.

Wheat Flour Ravioli Pasta

Most of my Saturday nights are absolutely boring if there isn’t any home-made fun food, by which I mostly mean a plate full of saucy Pasta. While spaghetti or tagliatelle or fettuccine are my very favourite and I am sure you will agree that they are very easy to make; but I always used to wonder watching people making so wonderful Ravioli pastas by their own on those cookery shows. Not that, it isn’t possible to go to a restaurant and select a raviloi dish for myself, I was always hoity-toity for the plain flour base used to make the pasta…
