Easy Healthy Ramen

Till a year back I wasn’t a fan of ramen noodles at all, they were just an option as instant noodles with spicy taste-makers, for me that too very rarely. I hardly used to consider ramen noodles as part of my any meal or evening snack. So obviously they were never part of my resource or any sort of influence for my healthy food interest.. Until I went for this Cambodia trip!! Every city of Cambodia or may be every food joint in Cambodia, be it a restaurant or a street food shack has different understanding and presentation of noodles.

Wheat Flour Ravioli Pasta

Most of my Saturday nights are absolutely boring if there isn’t any home-made fun food, by which I mostly mean a plate full of saucy Pasta. While spaghetti or tagliatelle or fettuccine are my very favourite and I am sure you will agree that they are very easy to make; but I always used to wonder watching people making so wonderful Ravioli pastas by their own on those cookery shows. Not that, it isn’t possible to go to a restaurant and select a raviloi dish for myself, I was always hoity-toity for the plain flour base used to make the pasta…

A Day Visit to Mahabalipuram

If you are planning a trip to Tamilnadu, plan well ahead, because a long stay in this state in India will not disappoint you a bit. This is in particular to people who are living out of India, otherwise for Indians who can’t plan a long trip, you can come back for few times here. Pondicherry, Tanjore, Madurai, Trichy, Mahabalipuram, Kanchupiram there’s quite a few places to see and all of them are hysterically rich in culture and history; even Chennai the city itself, needs at least 2 to 3 nights, to stay and definitely to shop (even if I keep the later as second priority or no priority at all).

Chennai Travel Memories

Chennai is one of the four metro cities of India and it’s a Big Beaming city. My first visit to Chennai was about 6 years ago with my parents, it was actually a 2 nights extended trip over our two weeks long Kerala holiday. To tell you the truth, this extended trip was planned because my mum wanted to buy an ‘authentic’ kanjivaram saree and what best place could we vouch for apart from Chennai. So (Ladies especially for you) Tamilnadu is famous for it’s sarees, especially The Kanjivaram Sarees. So, this tour was planned only and only for generous shopping.

EBook – On The Way.. They Gave a Hand- is NOW available on Amazon!!!

I think till last week, my excitement was dominating my mood beyond any control, all of a sudden transforming myself to an author, blowing my own blunt ‘Bhopu‘ (horn) to the world as loudly as possible, hammering everyone’s memory with my book release and forcefully insisting them not to forget it at all; even chivvying my friends to read them and share their honest feedback!! I have been a living nightmare in some’s life for about a month!!

But when I am complaining on myself out of an innocent’s guilt, my pear group however is being really kind consoling, ‘It’s part of the journey’.. Indeed it was part of the job of wishing to become a Self-Published Author. I had to do all these, at times I was jumping low, and then I was jumping over the walls.. But what came out of all these, was the camaraderie that my fellow bloggers formed and taught me. This post is about many of those things and many of those people.
