Lazy version of Hainanese Chicken
I never looked for Hainanese Chicken on the internet, all I was looking for was the recipe for Uncle Chin’s Chicken rice. Who is Uncle Chin?? Have you ever traveled on AirAsia? A colleague had said once, ‘do try the Chicken dishes of AirAsia, they are amazing!’. I didn’t go boarding the flight just to try their food, it was the most convenient option for me while I was travelling to Bali for the first time. My first choice of in-flight meal for the afternoon was Uncle Chin’s Chicken Rice. You know what?? I had fallen asleep and those super glamourous cabin crews didn’t even wake me up!! Thankfully God jabbed me on time, I got hold of them and politely with a pale puppy face asked for my pre-booked meal.

How come!! I have a way too big a heart) and after Aaall the previous sermons… the doubt or one crucial question still remains… (Referring to the comment from Ranjini) “To travel solo or not to travel solo.” That is the question.. So keep all those windows of your room opened (not only those wooden or glass ones, but also the cognitive aspects like thinking, intelligence, judgement or perception etc.), let more fresh air come inside your room.. In case it is evening when you are reading this post then let those wooden or glass windows remain closed and let those macchars fuzz outside.

I am quite fond of Veg snacks.. Chilla till date has been one of my favourite street-food menus to stay away from pushing my tummy uncontrollably out of it’s extra bulging zone. Which also means, I never thought of trying this one dish at home, thought my mum did inspire me to do so many times!! My mother and I would have loved to have Chilla from a specific place in my city while we would go out for shopping. Usually we used to have the Moong Dal Chilla but surely that requires lot of preparation and time to get a droolsome result.
