My Solo Trip to #Cambodia: Koh Kong

Another small eccentric town by the river further south of Battambang. My next stop after Battambang was Koh Kong, and it was quite a journey, Not a troublesome though, it was actually a long journey to keep it simple.

Actually let me tell you in detail in case you haven’t gone through the earlier posts on battambang. All the cities in Cambodia are well connected with Phnom Penh in first place. If you are coming to Siem Reap (even if you go to Battambang, the same applies) and you want to journey down south, you have to go VIA Phnom Penh. From Phnom Penh all the places barring north or south, will take minimum 6 hours to reach considering light traffic. So if you are coming from North or vice versa, take a Night Bus to Phnom Penh, then take the connecting bus to the next destination.

A small town by the sea going up from plain land to the cliff, and then again the land is smoothing with the sea level; Varkala is the place to enjoy beach, get tanned under the sun, gorge on sea food, fresh fruit juice, South Indian delight and relax as long as one stays here. Or may be planning body detoxification by Yoga, Ayurvedic treatment and luxurious Kerala Spa.

Travel guide to #Vagamon- My solo travel plan to Kerala on a budget- #Godsowncountry

If it’s a hill station in #Kerala, the famous stop has to be Munnar, but I decided for something different this time, and found a very popular hill station among locals and almost unknown to rest of the tourists community. Vagamon was the pick for this time, the journey has been very tiring, many discouraged to go there and to my surprise, several weren’t even aware of how to go to Vagamon from Kochi! And not to mention the hurdle I faced to communicate with locals due to difference in languages!

The purpose was, to challenge the passion to kick capability to it’s edge and keep it stand there steady as long as the toes can balance the entire body or at least a month, whichever is lesser.
