By the time I was going for my Cambodia trip, I had graduated on my solo trip experiences. By now I had already learnt a few little no-need-to-jump-inside-the-cocoon-immediately facts, for example: If a stranger smiles at you, there’s no need to think that you are on demand, it’s just a polite gesture that many countries follow, even though it’s a completely different interpretation in India; you can speak to strangers sporadically, not every chat ends up to a date; you may meet people more than once in same trip but that doesn’t mean they are following you..

I was golloping my rice and mushroom as I still had to go back to my room, use the washroom for one last time, change into sneakers, get my kept-ready backpack and put a light quote of lipstick before the guide would come for the pick-up. The restaurant was across the street of the hotel; hence I could easily keep an eye on the passerby and that’s the reason I chose this place for lunch but the chef took all the time to prepare my food. However, this was one of those few times when I managed to finish my food way faster than my usual keep-chewing-till-you-can-gulp nature.

Morning flight hazard, extensive traffic congestion for more than two hour from airport to guest-house, late brunch, and a head-ache to be the cherry on the top, my first evening at Fort Kochi still could not be dumped in the bin. A finger full of Amrutanjan balm on the forehead and a quick siesta had to be good enough to manage for the evening. If not, then a walk to the beach would definitely have to suffice it, as I would go out anyhow.

Indonesians must know some spell, to separate Indians from a crowd of tourists from the rest of 194 countries or may be My face is way too predictable to shout for my country or for a better notion, may be Indonesians prefer Indians a lot!! I will prefer to depend on the last excuse more, though the same is subject to any genuine evidence and not to mention, any verification as well! And after all these, there remains few who still haven’t mastered the spell yet, if gets to know that you are an Indian, ta-da! they have loads to tell you even then!

There are various modes of transportation available between United Kingdom and Netherlands. Euro-star train is the most popular among them and of course the fastest mode as well. And, the slowest of them would be a cruise taking a whole night to sail across. But, as I always say, don’t rush but relax when on a holiday and the reason behind this may-be-not-required praise for an overnight cruise would be, I availed this cruise and may be quite amazing than out of the world experience I had; I surely though carried a story of humbleness and thoughtfulness from this few hours’ journey.
